I help organizations to develop tailor made leadership programs to bring the best out their leaders. All programs are based, and closely related, to business goals and strategies, and very importantly to the personal goals of all participants in the program.
The length of the programs may vary depending on each organization needs. I can create a year long comprehensive program or a focused 3-5 days session to address specific needs.

How it works:
I review in detail the leadership competences of the organization. If there is not a competences catalog, I help individuals and organizations to create one. Then, I conduct a leadership assessment for participants to determine the needs that should be covered in the program. I will make sure that the program is aligned to the corporate and individual goals, gets buy-in from key stakeholders.
