Coaching

Co-creating a positive change and achieving extraordinary results.

What is coaching

ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Coaching is a client-driven process that’s distinct from other service professions, such as counseling, mentoring, consulting and training.

Types of coaching

Could be individual coaching or team coaching. Also, there are many types of professional coaching specialties.  A coach might operate with a specific focus, depending on the client, the need and the context.

Business Coaching, Executive Coaching and Leadership Coaching, are my expertise.

Who is eligible?

Anyone who desires to reach their potential.

Leaders who would like to explore their purpose and don't know how to reach it.

People who are looking for the best version of themselves.

Why me?

I have the passion, the experience and the certifications to support individuals and organizations to reach their full potential.

Lenght of a program

The length of a coaching partnership varies depending on the individual’s or team’s needs and preferences. For certain types of focused coaching, six months of working may work. For some types of coaching, people may find it beneficial to work with a coach for a longer period. Factors that may impact the length of time include: the types of goals, the ways individuals or teams prefer to work, the frequency of coaching meetings and financial resources available to support coaching.

Individual coaching

Comfort is rarely transformative.

I offer quality coaching programs based on desired business objectives that fits the executive needs and corporate strategy.

Coaching program:

The coaching program will be designed according to the needs of each client.

The plan includes required assessment, objectives, agreed sessions, calendar, reviews meetings and final evaluation meeting.

“Individual systemic coaching is a collaborative and dialogical inquiry between two people (coach – coachee) exploring how the coachee can learn and develop in relation to the worlds they are embedded within, in a way that creates a positive benefit for them and all the nested systems of which they are part.”

Team coaching

Co-creating together

“Team coaching helps teams work together, with others and within their wider environment to create lasting change by developing safe and trusting relationships, better ways of working and new thinking, so that, they maximize their collective potential, purpose and performance goals.” (Widdowson & Baarbour, 2019, 2020, 2021).

Systemic team coaching drives powerful change at individual, team and organizational level.

How it works:

Each team coaching program will be designed according to specific needs and team purpose.
