According to theoretical models of coaching development, my approach is to focus on transformational coaching, which means that we work each session on the better way of being, doing and working.
I have been adapting my coaching approach through my coaching supervision experience, my coaching approach has changed to Systemic Coaching and Systemic Coaching Supervision.
My Education and experience
I earned a Business degree and MBA at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico.
In the past 20 years, I have worked as a finance professor and academic leader. At the same time, I have been a business consultant focused on the creation of value to my clients.
I have business experience in several countries in Latin America and the US which allow me to provide a holistic approach to my clients. As well as working as a multicultural trainer.
